An MVC-based intelligent Document Model Using UIML
Aiming at the common problems of intelligent document’s platform-dependence,this paper proposes an improved MVC-based intelligent document model using UIML.According to the previous research work of our team and other MVC models,we advocate a model that separates UI descriptions and interactions with end-users from view component of MVC framework to make the intelligent document model much more independent of platform and language.Guided by the model,we establish an intelligent document prototype that can provide six intelligent functions including text-reading,spelling-check and etc,to demonstrate that the model is valid.
