Introduction Many classes of chemical compounds such ?-agonists,sedatives and nitro imidazoles,are widely administered to food-producing animals for the purposes of prevention and treatment of several diseases as well as for promoting growth.The illegal or extensive use of these compounds in animal feed can result in residues in several products of origin animal such as pork,beef and mutton,which is highly consumed over the world.
