Waste Grease Auto Clean and Centralized Collection System of Wind Turbine Bearing

摘要：

　　The pitch,yaw and spindle of wind turbine generator set,as well as wind turbine generator bearing are all lubricated by grease.Currently,the waste grease is usually collected by an oil bottle.The consequence of this method is that the waste grease inside the bearing cannot be cleaned effectively,and later this waste grease will go bad and harden,finally causes bearing lubrication failure.The intelligent waste grease auto clean and centralized collection system installed in the wind turbine gen-set can clean the waste grease inside the bearing timely,make sure the new grease inject smoothly,and finally the bearing can achieve better lubrication.
