Optimization of Extract Polysaccharides from HuiDouBa
The optimization of hot water extraction of polysaccharides from HuiDouBa was studied.Response surface methodology (RSM) along with Box-Behnken design based on the single-factor experiments was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of HuiDouBa polysaccharides (HDBP).According to analysis,the optimal conditions were as follow:extraction temperature 93.7 ℃,extraction time 3.5 h and the ratio of HuiDouBa to water 1∶28.5 (g/mL).Under this optimal conditions the obtained yield 22.90 (mg/5g),which was in good according with prediction (22.78 mg).Results showed that the response surface method used for the optimization of extraction conditions of HDBP was reasonable.
