Synthesis and Evaluation of Cyclopentadienyl Tricarbonyl Fatty Acid Derivative for Myocardial Imaging

摘要：

Fatty acids provide energy in the normal myocardium, therefore fatty acid myocardial metabolic imaging agents were applied to reflect survival of cardiomyocyte.We carried out the synthesis and evaluation studies of 99mTc-CpTT-12-oxo-TPPA (1a),and 1a was purified by HPLC.The HPLC retention time of 1a and the correspondingRe compound were 14.85 min versus 13.62min.
