龙柴方免煎颗粒对慢性乙型肝炎的随机双盲对照的临床疗效评价研究

摘要：

INTRODUCTION Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a serious global health problem,with 2 billion people infected worldwide.It affects about 350 to 400 million people,and more than 300,000 HBV carriers die each year resulted from chronic active hepatitis,liver fibrosis,HBV-related liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Antiviral and liver-protecting therapy is standardized treatment to reduce morbidity and mortality from chronic HBV infection.
