A Study of Countermeasures for Innovation Social Management Based on the Science of Complexity

摘要：

　　Social system is a complex giant system, Social management is a complicated system engineering.Complexity science is a powerful weapons to reveal and solve problems of complex system.Innovation social management which want to have new ideas and measures, should absorb nutrition and wisdom from the science of complexity in thought essence.In this paper, the characteristics of China”s social management complexity are described.the idea of innovation social management being discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures being putting forward from the dissipative structure theory, synergetics and super cycle theory perspective.
