Identification of virus-resistance gene GmNH23 in soybean

摘要：

Soybean Mosaic Virus (SMV) is a plant virus that infects soybean worldwide, causing severe yield reductions.While the progress has been made on the study of molecular marker and QTL mapping about SMV resistance gene, the gene itself is still elusive.Most of the disease-resistance protein found in plant to date belonged to NBS-LRR protein family, which is characterized by the conserved NBS (Nucleotide Binding Site) domain and a variable LRR (Leucine Rich Repeat) domain.
