Investigation of Thermal Stability and Anti-radiation of CBT-based Ceramics Vibration Sensors
CaBi4Ti4O15-based high-temperature piezo-ceramics were prepared by a conventional solid state sintered method. It was found that All samples possess a pure Aurivillius-type structure. The doping with (Li,Ce) slightly decreases the Curie temperature (TC) of the ceramics. In addition, the excellent electrical properties (e.g.,d33~17.8 pC/N, kp ~9.58%, Qm ~4767) and a high Curie temperature (e.g.Tc ~778℃) are simultaneously obtained in the ceramics with the optimal composition. The thermal stability of the vibration sensors made with CBT-based ceramics was studied, and it was found that the vibration sensors made with CBT-based ceramics shown the good stability from room temperature to 400 ℃, and good anti-radiation properties. As a result, this kind of vibration sensors provides the promising potential applications in high-temperature environments.
