　　Team is the fundamental unit of the production and managing activity of corporation and team safety management is the base of corporation safety management.Team safety management is an important part of acquiring corporation economic indicator.This paternal cited herd behavior that from social behaviorism into safety production management in accordance with relevant psychology and social behavior theory.It also establishes a leader team management system which provides a guidance for developing productive team safety management of a corporation.
