Build a learning community that from spontaneity to consciousness
The purpose of this paper is to guide people to make learning become a way of life from spontaneously to consciously.This paper starts from the build of learning community,and analyzes the learning community status quo in China,and the problems and solutions; and it also use the related knowledge of Management of Public Utilities,analyzing from the government organization,quasi government organizations and NGOs,trying to seek the scientific and effective way to build the learning community,and ultimately achieving the ultimate aim of all the people learn,and laying the foundation stone for the construction of learning society.
