With the rapid development of regional economy,the demand on high-quality talents of accounting is increasing sharply.The high educational model of accounting which inevitably emphasizes teaching knowledge and ignores training,focuses on theory instead of practice,cannot meet demand.The article based on the positive interaction between talent training and regional economic,which set forth the necessity of innovating the cultivation mode of talents of accounting from specialty construction,economic development and professional ability,and put forward related suggestions.
