Comparison among quantitative angiography analysis, fractional flow reserve, and intravascular ultrasound for native left anterior descending intermediate lesion
Background In patients with multivessel disease, or intermediate lesions, percutaneous coronary intervention of hemodynamically non-significant stenoses can be safely deferred. In our study, we planned to determine the optimal quantitative coronary analysis (QCA) criteria to define the functional significance of intermediate coronary stenoses and their correlation with anatomical golden criteria in left anterior descending artery.
