Background There are few studies comparing long-term outcomes of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with different drug-eluting stents for chronic total occlusion (CTO) lesions.The present study seeks to compare the 2-year clinical outcome after sirolimus-eluting stents (SES) and paclitaxel-eluting stents (PES) implantation in a real-world setting of patients with CTO lesions.
