New insight into in-stent retenosis after drug-eluting stent implantation: an optical coherence tomographic analysis

摘要：

Background Morphologic characteristics of in-stent restenosis after dmg-eluting stent (DES) is still unclear.Methods Optical coherence tomographic data were analyzed in 20 patients (5 stable angina, 15 acute coronary syndrome) who presented in-stent restenosis at angiographic follow-up after DES implantation.In-stent restenosis was defined as ＞50％ diameter stenosis within stent or stent-edge by quantitative coronary angiography (QCA) assessment.
