Background Resistin is an adipocytokine that has been proposed to link between inflammation and atherosclerosis.The aim of the study was to evaluate whether serum resistin is predictive of worse cardiovascular events among postmenopausal women with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
