Congenital anomalies of coronary arteries in complex congenital heart disease: diagnosis with dual-source computed tomography

摘要：

Background Anomalous origins and course of the coronary arteries were uncommon, rarely diagnosed in normal population while can affect the method of surgical operation.Dual-source CT seems to be a promising tool for detection of coronary arteries.The objects of the study were to explore the clinical value of dual-source CT (DSCT) angiography in the identify of congenital coronary artery anomalies in patients with complex congenital heart disease and analysis the ncidence of coronary anomalies in those patients.
