Comparison of PCI versus optimal medical therapy in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and severe left ventricular dysfunction

摘要：

Background Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) provides benefits in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy;however whether the benefits apersistent in patients with ischemie cardiomyopathy and severe left ventricular (LV)dysfunction is still unsettled.So we designed this study to assess the efficacy of PCI in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy and severe LV dysfunction and compared the outcome with patients receiving optimal medical therapy.
