Application of chimney graft technique for TEVAR of Debakey III type aortic dissection

摘要：

Background Explore the experience and the effect of aortic endovascular repair by the ”chimney” technique.Methods Analysis the application of ”chimney” technique in 11 cases from June 2010 to October 2012.Inadequate proximal landing zone of the aortic arch lesions coveting the important branch vessels of the aortic arch in endovascular repair process firstly.Then ”chimney” stent was implantated into the covered branch vascular.The results and postoperative complications were recorded.
