Background The purpose of this study was to observe the significance of diastolic potential (DP) and spiky potential(SP) in electrograms recorded in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation for premature ventricular contractions(PVCs) originating from the aortic sinus cusp (ASC) without structural heart disease using 3-dimensional eleetroanatomic mapping.
