Treatment of coronary venous dissection in cardiac resynchronization therapy

摘要：

Background One of the most common complications in the process of implanting left ventricular lead was the coronary venous dissection, whose incidence was about 2 to 4％, being one of the important reasons to result in CRT implantation failures.How to prevent and properly handle the coronary vein dissection was an important issue in the CRT implantation procedure, and this paper summarized 348 patients with heart failure subject to routine resynchronization therapy, and attempted to summarize the experience in handling of the coronary vein dissection.
