Background This study was to discuss using real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT3DE) evaluate left heart function and room wall motion synchronicity in the double ventricular pacing optimization process of the immediate changes, in order to guide cardiac resynchronization therapy patients VV pacing optimization.
