Analysis of deceleration capacity of rate and heart rate variability in coronary heart disease patients with undergoing maintenance hemodialysis
Background To determinate of deceleration capacity of rate and heart rate variability in coronary heart disease (CHD)patients with undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and to analyses the change of function of the autonomic nerve.Methods Totally 35 cases of CHD with undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, and 35 CHD cases with normal renal function matched with age and sex, another 35 healthy people were selected as control group.The DC and time-domain HRV parameters were measured and analysis by digitized 24hours Holter recording.
