A comparative study on transbrachial vs.transfemoral artery access for IABP in ACS patients with acute heart failure
Background In recent years, with percutaneous puncture technology and equipment development, IABP has become a mature effective technique of emergency treatment for serious CHD patients. And it is strongly recommended applying to acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock and so on (I class recommend indications) in ESC/AHA/ACC guide. But the transfemoral artery access for IABP in patients with acute heart failure had some problems, such as vessel related complications and postoperative patients with obvious to limit position. So this study will compare the safety and feasibility with outcome of transbrachialartery with transfemoral artery access for intra-aortic ballon pump (IABP) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) patients with acute heart failure (AHF).
