Comparison of myocardial longitudinal, circumferential and radial strain by speckle tracking echocardiography in predicting target coronary territories

摘要：

Background Myocardial longitudinal, circumferential and radial strains and strain rates evaluated by speckle tracking echocardiography are novel methods to evaluate myocardial segmental function.However, there are too many parameters have to measure in practical application.We hypothesized that myocardial longitudinal strain is the most sensitive and specific method to predict coronary territories compared to the circumferential and radial strain.
