Content changes of adiponectin receptor 1 in rats after acute myocardial infarction

Background To explore the expression levels of AdipoR1 in rats after myocardial infarction (MI), and to observe the effect ofpravastatin on its expression in vitro.Methods Experiments were carried out into two parts : the first part: the 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: 1 normal control group, 2 MI group, 3 MI treated with drugs group.Rats in group 2 and 3 underwent ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery.Four weeks later operation, AdipoR1 relative expression levels of the infarcted myocardium were detected by the Western blotting.The second part: the 30 Wistar mice were randomly divided into three groups and made of the same model of myocardial infarction.The content changes of AdipoRl relative expression levels in the infarcted myocardium were detected by Western blot at 24 hours, 2 weeks, 4 weeks.
