Risk factors on the progression of untreated lesions in three-vessel coronary disease

Background As the complex form of coronary heart disease (CHD), the three-vessel coronary disease is the independent risk factor for the progression of non-culprit coronary lesion. Moreover, compared to single-vessel or double-vessel disease, three-vessel diseases are more likely to undergo pereutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) again. The aim of this study is to investigate the risk factors on progression of untreated lesions in patients with three-vessel coronary disease.
