Treatment strategies in elderly patients with three vessel coronary arteries disease

摘要：

Background Aged three in lesions of patients with severely calcified lesions, often complex, more CTO, comorbidities,is difficult to treat, CABG technique and PCI technique has great operation risk, high risk patients only conservative therapy, mortality and recurrence rate is high, how to reasonably select the drug, PCI technique and CABG technique to improve the symptoms of patients with and prognosis, reduce operation difficulty and risk, and reduction of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE).
