Decreased endogenous secretory RAGE and increased hsCRP levels in serum are associated with atrial fibrillation in patients undergoing coronary angiography
Background Circulating endogenous secretory RAGE (esRAGE) is capable of neutralizing advanced glycation end-products, resulting in attenuated inflammatory process.This study aimed to evaluate the possible association of serum levels of esRAGE, glycated albumin (GA) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) with atrial fibrillation(AF) in patients undergoing coronary angiography.
