摘要：

Background The pathophysiological mechanism and clinical benefit of TA during primary percutaneous coronary intervention for acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is still in debate.This study was sought to investigate which factors are associated with failure of thrombus aspiration and if this has prognostic implications.
