Clinical comparison study on different strategy of PCI in STEMI patients with TIMI 3 flow

摘要：

Background Some STEMI patients with TIMI3 flow were easy to have slow flow or no-reflow in immediate PCI than in elective PCI, and made worse prognosis.This research was a comparison of clinical curative effect and safety in STEMI patients with TIMI3 flow undergoing immediate PCI and elective PCI.
