Long-term effect of thrombus aspiration catheter and tirofiban therapy on patients with ST-segment elevatuion acute myocardial infarction
Background To investigate the long term effect of both thrombus aspiration catheter and tirofiban therapy on patients with ST-segment elevatuion acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods From Jun 2006 to Jtn 2009, a total of 124 patients with STEMI undregoing primary PCI treatment were enrolled in this study.They were divided into A group with aspirationcatheter and tirofiban (n=62), B group no aspiration catheter and tirofiban (n=62).Then we compared the thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grade, TIMI myocardial perfusion grade (TMPG), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) at discharge from hospital, hemorrhagic complications and major adverse cardiac events (MACE) in hospital, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),MACE at 2-year follow-up.
