Background It remains unclear whether left radial approach (LRA) and right radial approach (RRA) are equally safe and effective in primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for patients with acute ST-elevation myocardialinfarction (STEMI).Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate the feasibility and safety between LRA and RRA in primary PCI patients.
