Background In provisional stenting for bifurcated coronary artery lesions, protective wire does not guarantee rewiring the side branch (SB) after main vessel (MV) stenting, ”jailed-balloon technique” promises better.Methods With poly vinyl alcohol models of bifurcated lesion which involves the ostial SB, we performed provisional stenting with ”jailed-balloon technique”.
