Paroxetine is in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients with anxiety and depression”s safety and effects on the ET-1 and the PAI-1
Background AMI is a critical status of coronary heart disease.Cardiovascular disease and mental illness are sometimes accompanied by each other, which needs anticoagulant, anti-platelet, anti-inflammatory lipid modulation and anti-ischemic agents.Particularly statins has become the foundation of two level prevention of coronary heart disease.So is it safe if combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of coronary disease? Does the liver withstand? This study was designed to observe the patients in acute period with acute myocardial infarction accompanied with anxiety and depression symptoms applying with statin drugs based on the two levels of prevention to give a treatment and was associated with oaroxetine”s safety and efficacy while if it had a effect on ALT, hsCRP, ET-1, PAI-1.
