Slow coronary flow angina
Background Coronary slow flow angina (slow coronary flow angina SCFA) cause is unknown, SCFA has been no effective treatment.This study was to obverse the efficacy of external counterpulsation on SCFA.Methods 32 patients with SCFA by clinical diagnosis, including 20 males, 12 females with the mean age of(56±13).The frames of coronary angiography used the DSA count as the detection criteria; All patients stopped taking the drug, accepted the lower extremity sequential external counterpulsation, using R wave as trigger signal, 45minutes/time, 35 days of continuous treatment, conducted a coronary angiography after the end of treatment.
