Clinical research of door to balloon time in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction-data from single center

Background Data from real world showed that only a very small amount of patients with ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction (STEMI) in Beijing city are treated within guideline-recommended door-to-balloon times.However, little information is available about the approaches used by hospitals that help to improve door-to-balloon times to meet guidelines.We sought to separate segment of times from onset to reperfusion to characterize experiences of single hospital with achievement in door-to-balloon time during 2008-2010.
