Finding of SPECT and effect on cardiac resynchronization therapy in patients with non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy
Background The relationship between the myocardium pathologic lesion of non-ischemic cardiomyopathy and response to cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) has not been evaluated. To evaluate the relation between the myocardium pathologic lesion and the response to cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) in patients with non-ischemic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) by 99mTc-methoxy-isobutylisonitrile (99mTc-MIBI) myocardial perfusion single photon emission tomography (SPECT) and JSF-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose (18F-FDG) imaging.
