ECG features of different right ventricular pacing

Background The study is to investigate the ECG features of different right ventricular pacing and by which we can know the position of pacing electrode.Methods A total of 165 consecutive patients who accepted pacemaker implantation in our hospital are enrolled.The pacing sites are divided into apical pacing, septal pacing and freewall pacing.From the right anterior oblique 30°, the pacing sites are divided into the high, median and the low.We compare the QRS duration, the direction of different leads,the amplitude s of Q wave, R wave, S wave and R/S transition of 12 leads among different pacing sites.
