Experience of the PCI technology in the implantation of left ventricular electrode through vein approach

Background Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT-P/CRT-D) is an effective means of treating unsynehronized cardiac contractility in patients with severe heart failure (referred to as heart failure).The successful implantation of the left ventricular electrode lead plays a the key rule in CRT-P/CRT-D treatment,among which about 10％ of patients suffered from failure of left ventricular electrode lead implantation due to various reasons.
