Follow-up observation on the change of QRS duration in patients with low baseline left ejection fraction
Background The patients with low baseline left ejection fraction have different QRS duration.Would the normal QRS duration change with the disease development? The relationship between the different QRS duration and heart failure,ventricular arrhythmia, and myocardial infraction in low ejection fraction patients has not been known.Methods This is one-center, observational study.The patients were divided into three groups according to the QRS duration: QRS ＜120 ms, QRS 120-150 ms, QRS ≥150 ms.We observation the change of duration of QRS in each patient”s follow-up.The occurrence events of heart failure, myocardial infraction and ventricular arrhythmia in patients follow-up were recorded.
