Impacts of Xinshuai mixture on cell apoptosis and LDH leakage rate in hypertrophic cardiomyocyte

摘要：

Background Cell apoptosis plays a crucial role in chronic heart failure, it programmed cell death.In our study, we observe the effects of Xinshuai mixture in vitro hypertrophic myocardial cell apoptosis and LDH leakage rate.Methods Cultured primary neonatal rat myocardial cells, and established hypertrophic myocardial model by AngⅡ.Compared myocytes early apoptosis rate by Hoeehst33342 staining method, and evaluated the degrees of myocardial cell damages by testing LDH leakage rate.
