Background The aim of the study is to observe the effects of ischemie postconditioning (IPoC) on the protein expression of Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway and downstream inflammatory factors in myocardial tissue of the rats with ischemic reperfusion (I/R) injury which were pretreated with fosinopril sodium.
