Background The aim of the study is to investigate the effects of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the proliferation and apoptosis of endothelial cells and the influences of As2O3 on the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in vitro.
