Clinical application of homemade tirofiban used upstream of pre-interventional treatment in the patients diagnosed high risk non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome
Background Tirofiban has been proved to improve postoperative myocardial perfusion, decrease the myocardial injury,and improve clinical outcome in the patients with acute coronary syndrome by many international large scale,multicenter, randomized, double-blind and controlled clinical trials.However, the optimal timing of therapy is still debated and most research are not about the homemade tirofiban producted by Wuhan Great Pharmaceutical Group Co.,LTD, but imported tirofiban now.The aim of this study is to observe the efficacy and safety of homemade tirofiban used upstream of pre-interventional treatment in the patients diagnosed high risk non-ST elevation acute coronary syndrome who would accept percutaneous coronary intervention.
