Background Pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP) has been considered as an important prognostic index in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).The aims of the study were to evaluate clinical, laboratory and echocardiographic findings in SLE patients, and to seek the most sensitive and powerful predictor for predicting right ventricular dysfunction.
