Application of DSCT in the assessment of the Left Ventricular Function for complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow
Introduction There always are changes of the hemodynamics of cardiovascular in patients of complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow because of the dysplasia of the cardio-pulmonary vasculature,which will change the cardiac morphous and the ventricular function, then they will lose chance to operation because of heart failure.That”s why we should alert the variance of left ventricular function.The purpose of the our study is to compare the DSCT with the ECHO in 50 patients of complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flowand.
