Study of DSCT in the assessment of the cardiovascular malformation in complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow
Objective To investigate the clinical value of DSCT in the preoperation assessment of the cardiovascular malformation in the complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow.Materials and methods130 patients” schedules for operation because of suspected or definite complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow were examined by DSCT and echocardiography.The intra-cardia and extra-cardia cardiovascular malformation were observed according to the Van Praagh Segment analytical method.To evaluate diagnositic accuracy of DSCT in the cardiovascular malformation of complex congenital heart disease with diminished pulmonary blood flow.
