Brief Introduction of Facebook Moderation Team in US
From June 2012 to July 2014, I worked as internal consultant for one of leading P & C insurers in US (named as S in the article below).In this paper, I selected social media, one of the hottest topics in the industry both in US and China, to discuss from the US perspective, in particular, on the buildup of Facebook moderation team to improve its response to social audience.The number of S Insurance”sFacebook subscribers increased to 3520 by 50%from July 11, 2011 to June 12, 2012.
