Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, a traditional Chinese medicine enhances spatial memory acquisition in a rat model of traumatic brain injury via anti-inflammatory pathway

摘要：

The chronic phase of traumatic brain injury (TBI) is mainly marked by cognitive impairments particularly the deficit of spatial memory acquisition.Xuefu Zhuyu (XFZY) is an effective traditional Chinese medicine in clinic for TBI treatment.To uncover its potential molecular mechanism, this study aimed to reveal that XFZY exerted anti-inflammation via inhibition of PI3K-AKT-mTOR signaling pathway to improve spatial memory acquisition.
